Michelle Hallerdin, founder of Elpis Consulting, LLC, has over twenty years of human resource, consulting, strategy, planning and finance experience. She most recently served as Chief Talent Officer at New Leaders heading the Human Resource function for the organization, where her priorities included embedding values into the organizations’ culture and building out strong talent and performance management systems. Michelle previously served as the Vice President of Organizational Effectiveness at PSEG, a fortune 200 energy company, leading overall talent strategy including recruitment, performance management and development, succession planning, diversity, employee engagement and human resources technology. Prior to assuming this role, Michelle held a number of executive positions in human resources, finance and business planning including time spent as the Vice President Strategic Planning & Finance for an emerging renewable energy business at PSEG. Throughout her career Michelle has served in various consulting, finance, strategy and planning positions, including as a business consultant for Scott, Madden & Associates in Atlanta, Georgia.  Michelle received her BA from the University of Delaware and later earned an MBA from Goizueta Business School at Emory University.  Michelle is currently a Board Member of the Washington DC YMCA.
