Michelle Hallerdin, founder of Elpis Consulting, has over thirty years of human resources, consulting, strategy, planning and finance experience. Since starting Elpis (which means “hope” in Greek!) in 2014, Michelle has been a trusted partner to mission-driven leaders, teams and organizations, helping them to perform at their best and deliver real-world impact. Prior to founding Elpis, Michelle served as Chief Talent Officer at New Leaders, heading the Human Resource function. Michelle previously served as the Vice President of Organizational Effectiveness at PSEG, a fortune 200 company, leading overall talent strategy including recruitment, performance management and development, succession planning, diversity, employee engagement and human resources technology. Prior to assuming this role, Michelle held a number of executive positions in human resources, finance and business planning including time spent as the Vice President Strategic Planning & Finance for an emerging renewable energy business at PSEG. Michelle received her BA from the University of Delaware and later earned an MBA from Goizueta Business School at Emory University.
